I agree but it seems hes focused more on his defensive game. I think he’ll get more comfortable with that and then start to be more progressive like Gundo was.

I think we will see more of Rodri in the final third

Thought we started well but yet again there is a distinct lack of creativity when KDB and/or Foden don’t play.

Our wide men have to do a little more than get the ball and pass backwards. Grealish especially has had a really average preseason and that has continued so far today.

Kovacic and Rodri have looked excellent together in the middle.

Walker with the ball at his feet is woeful. World class defender but Poundland in possession.
