Masters is a fucking redshirt pawn and unsuitable and clearly incapable of carry out the role with any partiality or integrity.

Would very interesting to hear why others interviewed and offered the position declined the role .

Those candidates presumably demonstrated a level of integrity/honesty/principles which would not allow them to lower themselves to comply with the PL requirements !
Something Masters clearly lacks .

Our hope is that the panel chosen prefers their legal and accountancy reputations to remain intact outside football.

Showing bias @in this football matter would I hope be frowned upon by their respective professions.

It is simply a statement of the actual situation. This avoids Masters having to answer questions from the media whilst due process is ongoing.

However, the process is not truly independent. It is a process set up by the Premier League for the Premier League to address matters relating to members of the Premier League.

Masters is an over promoted marketing man. He will be more concerned about his own preservation than principled stances.

Masters is squirming to try and keep his job. He showed his true colours when he was humiliated at the Commons Select Committee meeting. He has made the biggest commercial blunder of his life by launching a politically-driven witchhunt against the fastest growing club in world football. He has undermined the Premier League's reputation and its own commercial activity by attacking his organisation's biggest asset. He could have got out after the UEFA case collapsed but he doubled down to keep his masters at LFC and MUFC happy. His career is over and he knows it.

Definition of ‘fruition’
the realization or fulfilment of a plan or project.
"the plans have come to fruition rather sooner than expected"
 
Perhaps he is also saying that he has done everything he can in bringing the case but making it stick is up to the Panel he or others in the PL selected for him.

The PL members don't care about him so he can be their fall guy if, as seems probable, most charges are bluster.
