Same here…maybe if this was done before the Rice saga it would be a value signing.

But I really can’t see the East Enders giving up Paqueta unless it’s for stupid money. Their fans are already growing restless on a lack of spending the Rice money…can imagine a revolt if they also lose Paqueta.

West Ham paid 51m for him last summer, can’t say that 70m for him is completely unreasonable

Looked very good once he had settled in at West Ham. Not many players look good playing under Moyes. Extremely underrated defensively and much more of a goalscorer than Gundo was at Dortmund. Works his socks off (sinimar to Bernardo in that aspect) and very dangerous in front of the goal. Pep would elevate this kid to new heights. I’m a fan

We have a few players they like, just convincing them to move THB, Gomez, Phillips, palmer all linked with them in the last 18months, if we could/can.
