It was, but with the sell on fee included, £20m-£21m.

If Lavia’s move to Chelsea goes through - his original transfer to Southampton will make the list as well.

Saw earlier that of Lee Carsley’s latest England U21 squad announced this morning, a staggering 10 of the 23 are City academy products:

I was listening to an LCFC fan podcast a coupla weeks ago and they were discussing that in the past you brought in a kid outta the United academy to get a player with a great foundation to succeed. City is now that club, they opined, loaning or buying a City kid gets you a serious player with potential.
