Phew. Great win, great 3 points.
Newcastle was good at defending and kicking.
Despite being extra tired, and missing 3 key players(KDB, Silva and Stones) we still owe these top teams playing at 2nd gear.
But we NEED to sign up 2 new players at least. We need transfers. A winger by all means and one in the center. It's not that we don't have enough players, it's that injuries and fatigue will come and then we will not have anything.
And it would be a big shame. Our squad is tiny compared to other teams. Just sign 2 more players.

Great win after a heavy week of travelling and three games.
Kovacic is fuckin ace. What energy and what a player, tonight he was on it from the off.
Anybody else think Erling looked a bit off it? He looked knackered, hopefully it was just one of them games.
Foden is back to his menacing best.

Excellent team performance. Foden, Kovacic and Rodri outstanding. Everybody played their role very well.
Considering the midweek game in extreme heat, the injuries we have and the opponents, I thought it was a wonderful performance and hats off to all the players.

Very professional performance......outstanding effort from the team as well and we worked really hard to get that goal.
Foden was the standout player but they all played their part against a very difficult team to beat who will be right up there challenging for top 4 places
Kovacic very good as well.....his ability to run past players in midfield is very useful - just needs to improve on those fine line through balls
Rodri baring the one mistake was outstanding and Kyle Walker has been transformed by Pep (its said before but it needs to be said again)
Grealish worked hard in maintaining possession but needs to add creativity
Weirdly and considering the injury situation and transfer window position at present, that could be a very very important 3 pts.

Foden deservrdly got motm but thought Kovacic and Ederson also very good. Akanji more comfortable in that midfield role tonight than he was in midweek. Gvardiol looking good too. A 2nd goal would've made things easier but the only save I can remember Ederson making was the shot from Barnes which was quite comfortable.
