Not sure what doing that will achieve given this didn't happen at a house party/dinner party/private gathering or between friends.

He's her boss, it happened at work and it was very public.
 
Doubling down then go after them!

If he apologised right after it and say it was spur of the moment the excitement and it was well out of order and apologised to her! It would of eventually died down..
 
He saw the win as a vindication of the stance taken before the tournament and was emboldened by it to such an extent that he felt he could behave in the way he did in the box and then lifting each player one by one at the presentation. He clearly has a thing for Hermoso and whether he is or isn't a sexual predator he certainly behaved like one. Those claiming he should stay on (including some on here) needs to take a long hard look at themselves.

Yeah it still wouldn't have been ok but I think it would have gone away. The harassment the player and her family have faced from her employers since the incident, combined with the lies they've told about her have made it so much worse

FIFA won’t do anything. They’ll leave it to the Spanish FA. They’re hardly bastions of morality.
 
Good to see who the cavemen are on here.
Imagine, even after those directly involved have made their feelings clear about how inappropriate the incident was and have actually taken the most drastic steps of refusing to play for their country again, popping onto BM to tell us you can’t see what the big deal is?
Bet you still point at the sky in wonder when a plane flies overhead.
 
A superb achievement marred by a seriously unpleasant incident. In this day and age that behaviour is not acceptable, which has led to the team refusing to play until he’s gone. This, following the previous team doing the same because of the way they were being treated leads one to believe that this is systemic.

What do they do, ignore it and just bring in a new team, as they did with this, or will the cause of this be rooted out of the FA?
 
This only ends one way and we all know what way (like greenwood at united last week)
Why is he and he team of ‘dirty old men’ trying to fight it
They are still gonna be fucked off starting a revolution in Spanish women’s football (rightly so)
All they are doing is making it impossible to ever come back

They should try going into work and randomly forcibly kiss their colleagues on the lips and see what happens to them.
 
Why doesn’t everyone kick off with men when they do it to other men? Each of these instances were unexpected plants on the kisser from one man to another who didn’t know it was coming:

And they received very little media attention and never got a mention on here.



That’s^ just one of those celebratory football kisses that you see every week. So why do we treat men differently in this situation than we are the female player? This recent one from the women’s WC was less of a proper kiss than all those above.
