To quote John Aldridge in his latest Echo article "Although I'm sure City supporters are enjoying the success of their team, those in power within the English game have allowed this dominance to happen and spoiled what was the best league in the world."

But 'those in power' letting the dippers dominate or the rags dominate years ago is to be celebrated no doubt.

What an absolute tool.
as we all know if it wasnt for cheating city liverpool and rags wouldve won more trophies and all in the garden wouldve been rosy

City supporters are enjoying the success of their team, those in power within the English game have allowed this dominance to happen and spoiled what was the best league in the world

City are now going for their fourth on the spin. What they have done from a purely footballing point of view is admirable, with brilliant players and a good coach, but they shouldn’t have been allowed to do this. It's too late now for anything to be done about it, that ship has sailed, and it means they are going to be really hard to catch. There is every chance they will fall off their perch once Pep goes, but it’s hard to see it happening at this moment in time.
This seems quite mild by Aldridge’s standards, has someone had a word?

Where did the good old days go? Back when two teams playing in red won everything. Ah, I crave for the days of yore
LFC have won one league title in almost 34 years and apparently this is all out fault for "spoiling the best league in the world." Aldridge, like everyone else on Merseyside, is fixated on the past.

So plain he’s had that written for him.
Piss head could never deliver that orally leave alone write it

They haven't offered that yet they are thinking about making that offer and it's 175m+addons when the if the offer is made if they don't take it they are fcukjng mad

What if we got that offer for Erling?
erling is 23 not 31, erling has 4 more years on his contract and is worth north of that now, christ knows how much he will be worth in a couple of years if he carries on, salah will never be worth more than that offer, his value will only go down due to his age
