Manure. Ordure.
That is what propelled them to the lofty heights, the expectation and entitlement of their fans and over 95% of the media blowing a smokescreen over the reality of what they were.
Well, finally, they are sinking back into the stinking, shark infested morass, from which they emerged.
A recent pivotal moment for me is the rags defeat against spuds, a team that usually rolled over for them actually beating them! Even spuds manager was embarassed for the c*nts.
As Status Quo once sang "Down, down, deeper and down"......
Hahahahaha
Pablo Zabaleta likes this post.

No, at the very start of the Glazers touting the full sale option. The full package was valued at 3.5bn. If the final bid was 6bn, it begs the question why they didn't take the money and run.
Never a genuine bid, just a game to increase the share price I think.

Well it doesn't make much sense, does it? You'd think that the asset has already reached it's pinnacle in value. If the starting point was 3.5bn.

But throughout this process, people have become fixated on the stadium and the training facilities in Carrington, when the full package includes a huge area of land that they could potentially develop, especially on the Trafford side of the waterfront, at Salford Quays. The Metrolink already goes through there so the transport links are in. There is also a huge demand for living accommodation in and around media city, where house prices have gone crazy in the last decade.

There's definitely more to it than just a football club.

The land may be ok but the " football club on it " is a fucking dump which only a fool would invest in.

The Glazers actually own a sizeable chunk of Trafford Park/Salford Quays. Over 40 acres of land. They own the freight terminal near the stadium as well. If someone with unlimited wealth, got hold of all of that, they could actually make something spectacular. This is something not often mentioned in the sale, but the Qatari's will be all over it.

Maybe...maybe, their gameplay all along has been to milk the ageing cash cow until it dies, deliberately running it into the ground, then sell-off the land for development after another 20 years of appreciation?

Nope you're wrong, they've bought a lease on it. They don't own it so can't develop it, they can only use it for rental income
They can develop it with the freeholders permission. Same as the majority of property in the UK.

I don't think that they bought the lease just because they wanted to own at rail terminal. There must have been some method to this orchestrated land grab. Especially when you see it on a map.

that **** will be back playing for em next season when it's all died down
Or he's rehabilitated. What if his missus comes out and says that he's been in a rehab type programme and his behaviour has changed significantly and the relationship is stronger than ever? They plan a long life together and are planning on having a family. Does he get to play again for the Rags again?

It's horrifying if proved true. At the minute it's just online stuff isn't it?

Umm wow! That caught my eye.

Without going into details.. that is not easy to accomplish.. FFS even working girls don't come to me with that kind of injury often!

He's fucked if she has a good lawyer!

Could our owners go and buy the freehold?

I'd imagine he'd have had to use some force to do that. It's all over the news now so I suppose the club will have to bung a statement out. Their Director of HR and Media Director must both be sick of it now........need some kind of team talk around 'stop fucking hitting women you cunts'.

To think we used to be called the soap opera club..now they're the sitcom club with the highest viewing figures of all time!

You're talking about a club that bought Maguire, Ronaldo and Fred because you thought City wanted them and you think there's a plan
