Nottingham Forest (H) | Sat 23rd Sept | PL | Post Match Thread

For a game that had seemed to dead after 15 mins Rodders said hold my beer, Taylor never ever fails to be the biggest **** of a ref, Alti jokes aside he’s fucking awful.

Phil is a great vein of form and was running the game. Nice to see Jack back doing Jack stuff he’s the perfect player for seeing games out and having over oppo players.

Well I can see from that performance why Pep hasn't trusted Kalvin with more minutes. Pretty dreadful performance from him - gave the ball away countless times, poor decision-making to take players on when a simple pass was the better option, looked slow as f**k, poor in the press. We need proper back-up for Rodri.
Yea crazy when you think how many games he has. You would think he would have rhythm with playing all those games.

A win is a win but despite all our good play in the 1st 30 minutes we struggled to create much, like the Fulham game, today And that game we only had 7 shots in each game but were clinical v Fulham and in the first 15/minutes today but we are not cresting a lot at home atm in the PL.

Today make no doubt of it but we played 12. Forest are a decent team and had scored in each of their last 12 games but Taylor was his usual disgrace today from the 2nd minute. The club seriously need to do an official complaint about him as there is enough evidence to put a 90 minute highlight reel together with how he officiates us.

PGMOL- Look at how Forest were officiated at the Rags and then today, that tells you everything with whats going on with a lot of these officials.

Great save by Eddie at the end as i reckon the cheat would have played another 3-4 minutes if that went in.

Rodri was stupid, very stupid, but the frustration these players and you could see Pep reaction also must get by officials like Taylor letting thugd kick lumps out of us, and you moan and the cheat cannot get his card out for Pep and us quick enough.

Table looks great though, hopefully no more Taylor for a while and you can see the siege mentality of us at full time.

Nonsense, a moment of madness from a man usually so calm.
How is it nonsense I never disagreed. Rodri should have been sent off and was.

I'm saying he managed and reffed the game poorly other than that.

Origi dived over and picked the ball up while on a yellow card. He was given the FK.

Montiel, already booked, goes through the back of Grealish and then squares up with him. Grealish gets booked but not Montiel.

That was a bit of a rollercoaster. Thought it was going to be a Saturday 3pm home game 5-0. Then we took the foot of the pedal around 20 odd minutes in. Then Rodri got a tad emotional. Then it was a well fought grindy result.

The train keeps a rollin.
