What I find strange though is that Jack is capable of these sorts of take-ons, but seems to be asked not to do them so much for us.

It is a conundrum at times. Still would prefer him in the middle but pep wants to keep him wide. The control he gives us in games in only matched by Rodri.

Teams that play a similar style to us but with lower quality players are basically our perfect opponents. Bournemouth back in the day were similar. Played lovely football that beat a lot of teams, and always got hammered by us.

Agree and if I was Brighton fan I’d be pretty pissed off. Thankfully I’m a city fan and I’ve throughly enjoyed that Half

Nobody is rubbishing him, just passing the ball backwards and sideways too much , doesnt do what we know he can do and he hasnt had a good start to the season so far . Jezza is exciting to watch and what we have missed

Looks a real player. He’s very young so when he adds some experience and his final ball/ finish is better he will be absolutely unstoppable.
