As Manuel said"I know nothing", but is it possible that the P.L. are only to keen to drag this out until an Independent set up is arranged by the Gov ,who dismiss this nonsense . They can then shrug and say we did our best.

The Premier League are such a shit show. Immediate deduction for Everton, but absolutely no news on our case. I have probably missed something but why is our case taking so long ? The PL really does itself no favours with the delay. They look overly harsh on Everton and overly lenient on us.
Get a move on! Acquit or convict you gutless tosspots.
A single season points deduction shouldn't be a real worry if it gallops over the horizon. Even with a 40 point deduction I reckon we still wouldn't have been relegated in any season since 2010/11. It would however stop us winning 5 in a row or get CL qualification. We just need to make sure we win the the CL in the season beforehand to qualify as winners.

If there's no appeal unless the panel somehow don't follow due process. Way back in thread I read that we would go "Nucleur" if we lose.
I'm baffled how can we go nucleur if we can't appeal the verdict and what will necleur involvel. Fingers crossed and the club have everything planned out.

What does it matter, it's a completely different case and Everton pleaded guilty asking for mitigation? City's case is far more complex and we're not taking it lying down.

When PL/domestic games are combined with European games, we had our best ever viewing figures last season AND WERE THE MOST WATCHED TEAM IN EUROPE.

It doesn't do us any harm for it to drag until the Independent Football Regulator is in place. I doubt a truly independent regulator will allow a stitch up of City to take place.
