Pep is still on fire.
Is Pep being a bit cheeky there?
:)
Pep is still on fire.
Agreed. It will fizzle out when a truly independent regulator if true independence exists is appointed. Everton get most points back and a transfer embargo of sorts.. Points deduction is morally wrong at any level even Wigan. Transfer bans is the financial sanction not finesLook I know it will be funny see city back in league 1 or 2 whatever,, but do you seriously think for 1 minute that will happen, fuk me it's laughable,, you think our owners would just accept that? Really,,,, if the worst come to the worst and they try to relegate us, then that's it the prem is finished.
Our owner to Everton, Newcastle, Chelsea, Madrid, barca, psg, celtic, rangers, lazio, juve, both millan clubs,, you get where I'm going with this,,,,, will be fine either way,,, so prem league, can I ask why the fuck are you ruining your product, it makes no sense
Well, he could hardly say it’s early because their feral scouse fans can’t be trusted with an evening game. ;-)Is Pep being a bit cheeky there?

And Imagine,, the super league left shited and varpool to stew in there own self shit,,,, omg I'd love that,,,,,, that really is what dreams are made of,,, because with barca Madrid and a few others,, we actually could do it
Don’t bring Mr Begiristain into itIs Pep being a bit cheeky there?

He did but its not like the media to twist his words to fit their narrative is itDid Pep say he would leave if we were found guilty?
I thought he said he would leave if our people had lied to him?
Next to the Martin Edwards ‘limbo’ privacy partitionIn the same one as the Steve Coppell gloryhole?
Really,,,, if the worst come to the worst and they try to relegate us, then that's it the prem is finished.
Agreed. Whilst the PL is facing its own existential crisis of sorts (the lingering threat of the ESL, an independent regulator on the way etc), relegating City really wouldn’t be the final nail in their coffin. Why is the prem “finished” if we get relegated?
These “City go nuclear” fantasies need to stop.
Why what did he say?
I am not a lawyer, but it has been previously mentioned on here that there is only scope to appeal to the English courts in exceptional circumstances.Good post- my question/ concern is this however.
We knew that with the UEFA charges there was a clear path to an independent court i.e. CAS. However with the PL charges we know the IC with its PL stooges is not going to live up to its title “Independent”and more than likely come up with a sham punishment to appease the PL & cartel’s agenda. Therefore will we have a right of appeal through a normal court system or is the IC decision the end game. That’s my concern.
Should anyone with a legal background have any idea the path this likely follows please enlighten.
Cheers.
No one has a clue what will happen. Some posters are more positive than others.Glad one or two on here aren't representing us. Good job they have starch in their shirts.
As with all the other "magnanimity" white flag waving some like to wallow in, its happened to this thread.
Thankfully City and our Chairman have more fight in them. Oh and yes - don't worry about our scorched Earth policy if necessary.
Would completely ignoring the irrefutable evidence and hitting us with a pre determined sentence be considered as exceptional circumstances?I am not a lawyer, but it has been previously mentioned on here that there is only scope to appeal to the English courts in exceptional circumstances.
It’s only if their has been a failure of due process that would allow any appeal.Would completely ignoring the irrefutable evidence and hitting us with a pre determined sentence be considered as exceptional circumstances?
Probably. And looking at how the tribunal dealt with Everton I believe that is quite likely to happen to us.Would completely ignoring the irrefutable evidence and hitting us with a pre determined sentence be considered as exceptional circumstances?
