Battling performance against a poor side who were encouraged to be physical by an inept ref who let an awful lot go - although he was happy to pull City up for the slightest infringement. The Brown foul was a red in my view but he actually escaped any punishment. Who was on VAR ?

Jared Gilett apparently..mind you he must have been asleep when that dirty **** did Foden.. definitely a red card but yet again fuck all given.
The ref was fucking inept or bent..
Wasn't our greatest performance but we showed plenty of character against a bunch of cloggers who got away with lots of fouls..
Happy that we got the 3 points..first half we were really good without really looking like taking our chances.
Big shout out to our fans who were there..you came across loudly.

Brilliant performance from the boys in blue. We worked so hard today everyone in blue a hero put a shift in. Ake immense..his positioning is excellent and he has an eye for pass. Foul throw in? Not a vintage performance but having been caught by a sucker goal in a first half where we hadn't previously given a sniff. Luton then had something to hang onto and after our recent results it was gutsy coming back though the quality wasn't quite what we've been spoiled with.
