Take individual fouls out of context why don't you. Zinchenko was booked because if he hadn't fouled Villa would have had a goal scoring opportunity.
Arsenal were very lucky they didn't get another 2 or 3 yellow cards for similar fouls that went unpunished.
City instantly get yellows for this sort of foul - if Arsenal don't then referees are being inconsistent.

A loss here could be curtains for newcastles top 4 hopes, assuming the top 3 are nailed on, villa having a 9 point lead and being in great form, spurs moving 4 points ahead who will only improve once their injury list clears as well. Unless they get knocked out of Europe entirely, I can't see them getting top 4 again.
