There was a fairly similar one in the Spurs game today that VAR didn’t refer that I thought should have been a red too.

Would like to hear the VAR audio for both of them.

Both were nailed on, straight reds. Not sure what they are thinking in allowing those kind of tackles.

Agreed. Those were both the kind of challenges that I think should always be red, it’s surprising to see two in the same day not given.

Almost take a leg off = nothing.

play if team are attacking maybe.
Play when team then have a corner until attack is no longer a threat.That's not playing to the 6 mins extra
That's 6 mins extra plus extra if you are attacking.. Fucking ****

Tbf I didn't think the ref had a good game but Akanji came on during the 6 mins and that's why he played the extra minute

To the letter of the law it’s a yellow but how many Luton players did similar and got away with it. Brown and Lockyer could have been booked 3 or 4 times each. Very inconsistent refereeing.

Why do people always say inconsistent refereeing. It is the complete opposite. Every time we are screwed.
