1. Before the match, sharing the lift down with John O'Shea and a couple of other members of their staff. As we got out my mate asked Mr O'Shea if he was planning a night out on Canal St after the game. Didn't go down very well (there were rumours at the time). Sorry to the PC brigade.
Like similar rumours about Mark Lawrenson, I think that was all that they were.

Me too. They’ll never be another all Manchester FA CUP final in all probability. They’ll be many more CL finals hopefully.
I think we can all agree we really pulled out all the stops for that one, it was a fitting and moving tribute to TWGC goalie on his last (so far) professional game.
The wonderful serenading of him and his teammates as they went to collect their ‘thanks for participating’ medals was a joyous occasion for the (remaining) Wembley crowd.

I see Rasmus Bradbury failed to score again, imagine the shit that’d be thrown at us if we’d spent £72m on a striker who can’t score
Don't be do hard on the lad, not everyone can score when there is only the keeper to beat.

They will be back to normal next week when the fraud Fernandes returns.
Caller on 606
"If fernandes had played we would have won 2:0"
Savage "are you sure"
"Yeah 100%"
Savage "Fernandes played in the 0:3 defeat to Bournemouth"
Caller "yeah but what did McTominay do, he only made one tackle"
Savage then read out his stats from the match and it was more than reasonable
Poor rag

Me and a mate stayed at the Lowry the weekend ratboy fed the goat. 3 things stick in my mind:

What a shame.
Why have they mentioned Liverpool & United not being in it? Spurs aren’t, Arsenal aren’t, Newcastle aren’t, Villa aren’t etc yet I don’t see any of them them get a mention

Wonder why that is?

Liverpool is understandable, as they were CL winners in the last few seasons at least.

I've no idea why they'd mention united though. They aren't going back as far as 1999.
