Andre would definitely get a work permit there's been a massive overhaul of the work permit criteria, an overhaul actually happened not long after we actually signed Douglas Luiz that's why we were so annoyed and it's become even easier since, had we signed him a year later he'd have been able to stay here it's why Villa were allowed to sign him too, we were basically told we can't play Luiz on an old bullshit technicality despite a rule change meaning he should've been allowed, that change only applied to new signings and now you can get away with just being a hot prospect to get a work permit.

If he was uncapped even at 22 years of age he'd still be classed as a hot prospect due to his hype and nationality, so any work permit application would still be very straightforward same as Savinho if we go on for him.

Don’t think that’s nailed on as much this time mate otherwise the German rags would already have their mouthpieces reporting it? Another way is Palinha to Bayern and Kimmich to us? Whichever way when Phillips goes we 101% need someone in and a quality in as well!
 
I’d take Quinten Timber. His brother looked great against us in charity shield. 6 goals 6 assists this year from DM/CM. His twin brother is same height and can play LB, RB, CB so he’d probably fit Pep’s total football vision. Very versatile, can obviously play, great in possession and a bit of a terrier.
