The players on the pitch know themselves that they have to get the job done. They’ve tried multiple changes in formation but Sheffield United have been dogged and allowed us little. Our biggest danger now is losing patience and pushing things when we don’t need to, so just keep the ball moving and tire them out.

The game is not tedious at all, this is like watching a lion pride trying to single out a buffalo from the herd, the death for one of those is lingering nearby.

Yeah it’s clearly something pep has told the players to do, namely Rodri and Walker as they can generate the power . Yes Walkers conversation rate is poor but Pep must think it’s worth the chance. As you say, keeps them guessing.
