Peoples’ tolerance and patience levels have disintegrated and there’s nothing quite like telling social media how shit they think everything is.

Aluko is in the same bracket as Clinton Morrison and Lee Hendrie.

Carney is no worse than Ian Wright, Martin Keown or Micah Richards.

I’m not particularly, but she shouldn’t be binned because she’s a woman, which seems to be Barton’s main issue.

I don’t really listen to pundits much now, unless they’re taking the piss out of the rags.

If Nedum or Jobi McAnuff are on, then they, along with Liam Rosenior when he’s not managing, can be worth listening to though.

Are you asking why Neville defended them? If so, I assume it’s why anyone would step in to defend someone against a bully. Barton is a thug. Always was. Always will be. Not a huge fan of Neville but good on him for calling out this ****.

As for their appeal, you’re absolutely right: They work for a commercial company and trust me, they won’t be hired without some appeal! Perhaps bosses feel they appeal to a demographic they want to target? Just because they don’t appeal broadly to the white man doesn’t mean they don’t have appeal.

I agree with him, partly. Aluko seems to know feck all and little to contribute, but that's not about her gender. I would imagine that she is well connected within the womens game, but doesn't seem to last very long in proper jobs since retiring. I would class her alongside Ratboy and Spitty amongst a lot of others who are ruining the mute button on my remote.
I like to hear from Gabby Logan and Ellen White amongst others, but don't agree all the time.
