TV dictates now. £££.Absolutely absurd, no option to get a train back at that time either what’s wrong with a Saturday 3pm in what hopefully will be a good old cup tie!

Last train from Euston is 22.03 not a fucking chance
Need to put football special trains back on.Remember being on one from London long time ago we left at midnight.Last train from Euston is 22.03 not a fucking chance
Yup!It wasn't great inside the stadium, missed the best goal of the final due to coins etc being thrown at us

Not usOK, take your point.
But if you look at the ties that can feature prem teams that can be played on Sunday (due to prem matches on Tuesday), you have:
Bournemouth v Swansea City
West Brom v Brentford or Wolves
West Ham or Bristol City v Nottingham Forest or Blackpool
Liverpool v Norwich City or Bristol Rovers
Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City
Newport County or Eastleigh v Manchester United
Who do you think they'll pick for Sunday?
If we did boycott this, the tickets would just go to the Spud wankers and it would be the 1981 FA Cup replay all over again. i.e. Like a scene from 'Warriors' getting away from the stadium!
I saw the massive potential allocation as a chance to get down to an away as I usually don't manage to get tickets, unfortunately can't now. Effort isn't an issue as I wouldn't mind trekking anywhere but the kick off time is unworkable for me.I’d probably put myself in that bracket these days, was well up for this but Friday night is a shitter for me unfortunately.
Will struggle to sell on points will fly out once it goes to general ,just like the charity shield .I’ve got a few Blues on Facebook and they’re all slagging it too. Look how long it takes to sell out as that will be a good indicator.
Quite a few reasonably priced Premier Inns around. Edmonton Premier Inn is £63.50 for that night. There’s loads of others showing at decent prices too.I did Spurs away on a weekday evening about 10 years ago & stayed at the Travelodge at Edmonton.
It was quite reasonably priced and only a couple of stops on the Overground north from WHL station.
May be an option for anyone stopping down there on the Friday night who doesn't want to pay London city centre hotel prices.
It will go to match day members imo.Anybody think it will go on open sale?
