I could not believe the comments at half time in the match thread about Kovacic.

A lot were slaughtering him, personally thought he was utter class, he is superb with Rodri and is a huge asset to the club.

It would be nice, but the deal is already sealed imo. There is simply no worthwhile debate to be had about this. The points, the trophies, the winning streaks, the insane levels of possession. Our consistency over a six and a half season period from the start of the 2017-18 season to now are off the scale.

There is simply no other team that comes close.

Great game - just back to the hotel. Town Centre full of Blues singing 'Oscar Bobb, Bobb, Bobb'. Took me most of the afternoon to get up to level 7 - such a shite away end - but great niose from us, only a tiny bit quiet post second Newcastle goal - and so glad to see Oscar call out the away end signing all game, and dedicate his goal to us - the fans - what a class act.

Just had our brekkie in the Gate Prem.

Never heard City take the piss like we did before the game. Walking up from the Block + Bar some scally Geordies were giving it Manchester wank wank wank, which quickly got drowned out by la la la. Then pockets of Blues joined in, then full blast - seemed like everywhere. Champions Again belted out constantly past Rosies, over the road, past the players entrance, through the tunnel. The look on the barcodes faces was fucking priceless.

Brilliant, so fucking proud.

After the game, even better.
