Omar Berrada to the rags

Players and staff come and go. That’s the nature of football. And Pep always says if people want to go they can go.

Apart from the owner (no reason to think he will leave!) the only departure that will matter is Pep. That will be momentous and a pivotal moment in our history.

Then we can start worrying!

When Pep goes all Man City fans know they'll be a drop off but how we are run it won't be a drop of like the scum! Trophies why's it be nothing like under pep but do expect us to compete for all trophies still..

lads, it has nothing to do with the charges. if we're found guilty of the crimes they're alleging, Omar will probably be going to jail. changing jobs doesn't change that.

The rags are in the acceptance stage.
The fifth and final stage is related to acceptance. You're finally able to accept the reality of what's happened and begin to look for avenues to move on. It's important that during this stage you accept how this loss has changed your life and stop wishing for everything to go back to how it used to be.

Rumour? Why was it not circulating on city socisl media outlets that we had Txiki’s future replacement

i bet not many on here have ever seen that “rumour”

It was 10 years ago or more and I've only heard his name mentioned about twice in 13 years of his employment..

We could increase his salary & offer him a CEO anywhere in our CFG. But again, you offer no links to your so called theories
There is no other CEO position. You don't start diluting what Khaldoon and Soriano have for this fella.

I’ve always assumed that the latter 2 will leave when Pep does and Khaldoon will either move on eventually or retire.

But it’s only guesswork on my part and probably totally wrong!

Ferran will stay till he retires Tixiki rumoured to go when pep does but we don't really know

Gonna look great at his first game for them sandwiched between bacon chops and that cushioned face fanny rat Mick Fuckemawl during the warm up when utd are trying unsuccessfully to play one bounce.

Oh my God. so all of our success has been down to him? We’re all doomed

if he was that good- we’d have given him a raise & new Title but we didn’t. Wonder why??
What a mental jump that is. It's not even close to being near what I said.

We did exactly what you said, we gave him multiple raises and promotions throughout his time here, he'd reached his realistic ceiling, unless sorriano left or got the chop what were we going to promote him to exactly?

Not got far in 10 years. Most high fliers have advanced within a few years & moved on

Remember when long standing rag CEO Peter Kenyon left them to take up the same post at Chelsea a step higher than Omar didn’t make much difference to either club
It’s alright be a cog in well oiled machine its totally different going to another machine and being the flywheel everything will land on his desk Ragcliffe will expect him to deliver because he will be demanding a great package to move there
Biggest dangers for me is, he will know the talent and who worths poaching and the transfer plans who what and how we intend to do it
