My only problem with this line of attack from Democrats is that it suggests that at some point previously Trump was cogent. Almost gives him too much credit.

He’s been talking like a deranged moron for at least a decade now. Him mixing up a name isn’t surprising at all. I remember about five years ago he claimed he hadn’t left the White House in months when he’d done a photo opp with border guards in Texas just a few days before. And how can we forget his absolutely bizarre rant about his Uncle John from his election campaign in 2016.

At no point in the last decade has he been mentally fit for office.
 
I understand why CNN and MSNBC don't show his speeches live because it costs them dollars in replacing fact checkers everyday.

However, he can use it this as example that's he's the 'establishment outsider'

I'd like to think that apart from the members of Y'all Quieda there's a lot of sober and sane Americans who are being robbed of seeing his bullshit.

1) He was being sarcastic.
2) It was deliberate because Haley and Pelosi are identical.
3) He played a blinder by forcing the mainstream media, in pointing out his bullshit, to admit that the events of Jan 6th were down to Pelosi.

He himself is also a Putin supporter. He certainly believes Putin over his own National Defence apparatus, and was not afraid to announce it to the world and Putin on TV.

The man creates the truth for tens of millions of the Cult, and only he can inform them of what us and is not true. Turkey borders former Soviet republics.
Putin has probably claimed that they all part of Russia.
Putin has told Trump this.
Trump promotes it.

He only got the country wrong 50% of the time in that ramble.

That number seems too low. Trump is in constant legal trouble on multiple fronts. These are complex cases that go to court.

Obviously Trump doesn't pay his lawyers on time if at all and the lawyers he's using now are clearly 2nd rate at best. But I'm guessing his true legal costs could be anywhere from double to even 10x that number.

His legal bills might be 10 times that number, but paying his bills is another matter.
