Bit of wishful thinking here. I expect to see Walker, Phillips & Gomez move on in the summer (hopefully nobody else) and if opportunity permits would love to see us exercise our club trained buy back options for Douglas Luiz & Yan Couto. Think Paqueta is nailed on to arrive if not banned and have a feeling we'll see his fellow Brazilian Savio along with the Urugayan Araujo to replace Walker, possibly in part ex for Cancelo. Above all let's get a top level LB in like Alphonso Davies. Bobb & Lewis will both still be U21 next term so maybe a squad looking like this might emerge:

Can see that, though only if Bernardo goes. Kimmich for Phillips, Savio filling the spare space and then Paqueta for Bernardo.

Really don't think Silva will go, Benfica can't afford him yet & Barca are in meltdown. Wirtz is Bayern bound for sure.

Kimmich, Wirtz, Savio & Couto would be one hell of a window.

I'd have a right go at trying to get Balde from Barcelona if they are in a dire enough financial situation. He'll be the best left back in the world for the next decade.

Balde is currently out long term after hamstring surgery.

Only a £42m buyout though for Silva. (50m euros)

There will be a few clubs offering up contracts to Silva this summer. Whether or not he signs them is a different question.

I think we will bring back Couto for pre-season to see how he is in our setup, but Savio will stay at Girona I reckon.

Can't see CFG gutting Girona after the season they are having, especially if they make the CL. It will be a bad look as well.

Savio is still a kid, just 28 pro appearances in Europe. Let him develop and play football.

Versatility, can play with Roidri, instead of Rodri, play right back convetional or inverted .As a Phillips replacement,perfect.Only downside is that pretty much describes Lewis too.
