I work in sales and left my previous role in December on voluntary redundancy.

They still owed me about £1600 in commission that I was due in Jan and Feb as per normal pay periods.

Since leaving, they have adapted my sales target for last year and said that I am now not owed anything and in fact I owe them £2500 but they won't pursue it because I was made redundant.

They have done this to lots of people some of which left when I did and some still there.

The commission policy says that they can change it at any time without notice but they said all year that they wouldn't do.

Are there any legal grounds for me threatening them with seeing as I had already left before they changed my target?

Sorry to hear that, lower than a fucking snakes belly the way they have operated this past year. My colleagues took redundancy based on the calculator they provided and it was over 10k short!

They have probably seen how many times there's been porkies uttered at Westminster and thought "Yeah. let's be lying bastards. and screw 'em!"

They are a bunch of charlatans.
Had everyone working as normal until the end bringing them money in then slap you in the face once left.
Brought over £6m in business in for them, never had a day off sick and always helped out and then they shit on you as soon as you leave and don't even have the decency you tell you they aren't paying what's owed.

I'm very tempted to call them out on LinkedIn and tag all the execs in but it's not a good look for me having recently started at a new place.
