Interesting that it's with a caveat of Bernie leaving - I imagine we'll go for Paqueta either way. He'd be a City player already if those charges didn't crop up right as the negotiations were happening, regardless of Silva.

I think replacing a player like Bernardo is impossible. I reckon we would have a decent enough replacement in the form of Neto and Paqueta. The two of them combined constitute good replacements in my mind.
