Best player ever in the Premier League?

I think it’s impossible to choose one player but here‘s a list of contenders:
Henry
Viera
Bergkamp
Cantona
Ronaldo
Yaya
David Silva
Sergio
KDB
Shearer

I honestly couldnt pick one from them.
 
If the question was who is the greatest player who spent some time in the English Premier League then fake Ronaldo would have to be in the conversation due to the phenomenal amount of goals he scored. Thankfully his best years were spent at Madrid and he was over the hill when he returned. Would far rather watch Dave or KdB to appreciate football skill though.

Outside of City Henry Drogba Bergkamp and Lampard

City Aguero Silva and Kev
 
Ronaldo didn't spend long enough to be considered for me.

Henry and De Bruyne are the standout players. We have had a lot of great players. Silva, Yaya, Aguero, Shearer, Vieira, Slippy G etc but those two stand above. Salah would have to be considered as well, as much as I hate the dippers. His record is brilliant considering he plays in a team that never spends a penny and has only won one league title in 30 odd years.
 
Away from City Zola would be a decent shout. For City it’s a tough one depending on what your looking at. For ball at feet Kinky or David Silva, for demolishing teams it has to be KDB.

Passing, ditto. Control amazing. Burst of speed fantastic. Shooting, brilliant. Assist? Say no more. Even tracking back and tackling, damned good.

I look back at him with fondness for what he helped us achieve but i can't help thinking how many times he allowed his agent to talk bollocks, and Yaya pulling out the race card on Pep was so sad. Should have had a statue but he and his agent tainted his legacy, unfortunately.

Agree with all that, but when you cut out all the shit, he’s still the best I’ve ever seen. Completely unplayable at his peak, he was ridiculously good, was honestly like watching kids football when you seen the gulf in ability with him and his opponents. I absolutely love Merlin and KDB but if you were playing as a central midfielder who would you prefer to pit yourself against. The only other midfielder who comes close was Vieira but even he was a few tiers below YAYA (peak)

From an entire career or a longevity perspective Merlin and KDB and many many others rank way above YaYa, but for absolute peak ability nobody compares. Of course it’s all just opinions but I’m just lucky I’ve been blessed to see all three
