I think that’s because the club have made it difficult to purchase tickets. Only buying one at a time means that lots of families or groups of people won’t buy them yet

Has anyone got City v Arsenal in their wallet for the next game instead of Newcastle?
I’m sick on tired of having to contact City due to my wallet not updating. Evertime they tell me it’s sorted for next time and the ticket will download automatically, but it doesn’t.

I phoned City this afternoon about this and was told 'at the start of next week'Probably tomorrow or Friday. Gotta be soon with the game little over a week away.
