Greyed out on mine too until you click on the ticket box alongside game. The print, details and transfer boxes then come to life.

I’ve tried several times this morning. Not able to transfer at the moment.

Phone the fan support. For some reason I can only transfer adult to adult to a friend. If you tried on line to transfer u18 to a friend who is an adult it said error. So if you have 3 different age groups it was only allowing where the recipient was in that age band.
