Yes it’s the weekend after the Madrid second leg.
The downside to playing Chelsea on the Sunday is that means less rest before the Brighton game which will more than likely be played the following midweek. Brighton have 10 days without a game before that - they’re out of the Europa and their game against Chelsea on SF weekend will now be postponed.
Depends how big a priority the FA Cup is compared to the title.

I'll try and find the quote from I think it was Adrian Bevington when he was at the FA.

It was something like the semis would only be need to be played there for 7/8 years to help pay off the new stadium.

I think it was more a case in the early years they said they needed to have semis at the new Wembley to help pay the debt off. Technically they never said they’d go back to other venues.

They pledged to keep the semis there for 30 years when it was rebuilt.
That was before Covid hit the income.
