Sounds like a red flag to me! ;)Theyre basically trying to do us for a speeding ticket from before there were cars.

There were no FFP rules preventing this at the time. The important quote came from Mancini who said neither UEFA or the PL had ever been in touch with him about the matter, & he'd paid all relevant taxes on his remunerations.it may of been immaterial because of our losses, but did it still go against any of the rules that were in place at the time, , sorry PB im a bit hard of thinking :)
Please don't compare City to Joe Biden, for God's sake...There were no FFP rules preventing this at the time. The important quote came from Mancini who said neither UEFA or the PL had ever been in touch with him about the matter, & he'd paid all relevant taxes on his remunerations.
The UEFA/PL query raised is from 2009. It beggars belief it's still being mooted as a possible issue in 2024.
It's no different to the Republicans still trying to find a reason to impeach Joe Biden because of spurious info accessed on his son's laptop. If they find dirt, then great, but the whole point of the exercise is to smear the intended target with shit, so their character stinks.
Mancini, his contracts & 99% of the 115 charges are merely a smear campaign to besmirch City & taint our success. If purely left up to UEFA or the PL's "rules", they'd have had us stitched up years ago.
This is why they desperately want to keep these investigations & tribunals in house & away from independent regulators & arbiters, because outside of their sphere of control, their accusations keep being shown up for the series of bullshit witchhunts they evidently are.
Well we have both been around a very long timePlease don't compare City to Joe Biden, for God's sake...
So they are saying according to shit stirring German newspapers hacked email, we allegedly drowned a witch in the Irwell in 1616 and are now trying us for it in 2024?That was true then, but not now. PL rules require all remuneration received by a club's manager to be disclosed to the PL, including amounts received from third parties. The clubs have to require this information from their managers.
There is a chance the PL are trying to apply these new rules to previous (pre-rule) years.
Remember reports of a challenge by the club that the PL can't apply new rule changes to allegations made in 2023 when the alleged offences occurred before the rule change? Maybe this was one of the matters challenged. Good luck, PL, trying to justify that!
Time barred by 15 minutes. So they are saying according to shit stirring German newspapers hacked email, we allegedly drowned a witch in the Irwell in 1616 and are now trying us for it in 2024?
And we’ve certainly had a few stutters in our time…Well we have both been around a very long time
The point I was making was last week Democrat Senator Jared Moskowitz proposed to impeach his own leader Biden, but rather than seconding the proposal, the Republican's declined to shit & got off the potty, because impeachment was never their intention. Please don't compare City to Joe Biden, for God's sake...

By completing the treble it showed what we think of it, most clubs would have crumbled under a tsunami of constant negativity. So has the following been established?
1. City and Al Jazeera had separately signed contracts with Mancini commencing in 2009, declared by both City and Mancinis camp.
2. City claim they are not responsible for the remuneration of the Al Jazeera contract and it was therefore never included in our accounts.
3. Those contracts existed before any FFP and well before any requirement to declare all managerial remuneration under PL rules anyway.
4. The payment of monies between any of the above parties is insignificant in proving anything.
5. The PL charges include a liklihood that they have charged us with breaching the managerial remuneration rule historicaly before it existed for contractual payments we deny ever making?
Seems totally fair and a good reason we should be seeking to not fight these charges and agree to take it up the arse, expediently, for the good of the game and to appease cry arses like Simon fucking Jordan and Liverpool, united and Arsenal fans. Get fucked and see you on the beach.
Yes undoubtedly they have besmirched our name big time. However its galvanising us as a club and made our winning mentality even strongerThe point I was making was last week Democrat Senator Jared Moskowitz proposed to impeach his own leader Biden, but rather than shit & second the proposal, the Republican's got off the potty because impeachment was never their intention.
This goes to the heart of UEFA & the PL accusing City of fraud in all but name, but being unwilling to use the term, or pull the trigger. But in the meantime, our character is being publicly besmirched, causing us untold reputational damage.
Two different scenarios, but the ultimate aim is exactly the same.
We are assuming it’s Mancini related though? So has the following been established?

It IS Mancini. The PL Statement refers to the seasons from 2009/10 to 2012/2013 in relation to Manager Remuneration. We are assuming it’s Mancini related though?
Might it be another manager?
