PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I can't help thinking that they are laying the groundwork so that, when we are inevitably cleared of the serious charges, they can say how incompetent the PL and UEFA are, that they aren't able to run football and that a new organisation is required.

Part of the PR for an ESL imo. Some people are desperate for that to happen and will pay anyone anything to promote its underlying premises. It's clearly coordinated at the moment and the timing is interesting. Something is happening with the PL investigation would be my guess.

The "sales" of United and Liverpool are a good barometer, imo. If nothing is happening, it's a sign they feel an ESL is worth waiting for. If they actually happen, the ESL is dead.

If any of that is true, btw, Masters has been played like a two-bit fiddle.

I’m convinced of this also, you’ve only got to see how many Dippers, Rags & Arse fans are saying may as well have a Super league due to City’s cheating. Parry pulling strings in the EFL, Masters in the premier league, deliberate incompetence should always be viewed suspiciously.
If there’s a few things those billionaire Yanks behind them are good at its PR, lobbying & tipping the scales in their favour, we just always seem to be 1 step ahead.

I think It’s probably a case of back over to you Uefa, they tried & failed, the PL are now having a go, and the red shirts need this to continue more than ever. The likes of Delaney don’t exist without it, maybe somebody should pose that question to him on Twitter (I’m not on) there’s no doubt in my mind the red shirts have been briefed that things aren’t going to plan and the usual suspects are being asked to stand by their beds, Masters is on borrowed time

Don’t underestimate the power of knowledge, and the leverage it creates, wielded behind a closed door. It’s the way the real real world works
Which is why our minds are bombarded and filled with crap to prevent us from learning and expressing ourselves.
Beer and circuses.

Absolutely, they learned the fan backlash had to be countered. What better way to build up suspicion and eventual anger when we are found not to be guilty. It's very clever. At least it would be if it was going to work, which it isn't. :)

I think the reason the Glazers want 6b for the rags is cos there gonna need that much to clean up what they've got hidden in the Cayman Islands.
Looking at their stock market value to a buyer then the price should be somewhere between the high and the low, probably giving it a value of around 2.5b.
They put all their hopes on the ESL, there probably too scared to sell for what maybe exposed.

I think they are convinced the ESL is coming & that’s why they don’t want to sell before it happens.
