Not a racing fan myself, but if I was a horse, I reckon I'd much prefer to be a race horse getting all the best treatment rather than one just dumped in a field.

Sadly only the thought of profit gives people an incentive to care for animals it seems.
I boycotted it a few years hoping they'd make it safer.
Some of the jumps are just diabolical.

Not really but you can't post every day so the biggest horse killing event will get the most attention. Obviously anyone who likes a bet or gets enjoyment out of dying animals will try diversion tactics.

I went from looking into the form to picking horses that sounded like a national winner had 4 out of 5 at one stage until they watered the jumps down now it’s basically a good horse will win it hardly any luck involved now compared to previously..

Not won on this since Maori Venture, when I pick a horse now the shadow of the noose go’s across the stable door. This year I’m relying on the gambling geniuses of bluemoon to get me a winner and keep the horse alive.
