Also they are quick to try and put Foden game time at 10 as minimal as possible. He has certainly played more in the centre than is being made out in the article.
Where in Bellingham's case they are saying he played as a 10 all season. Bellingham hasn't been 10 all season, he played further up than that for a lot of it. More of a false 9, maybe even a genuine 9 at times, when chasing the game anyway.
