Fuck knows what they’re basing that on. Their comments smack of someone who really doesn’t want something, but can’t bring themselves to admit it.

IE - he hasn't yet managed one of the 5 clubs in world football with larger revenues than the dippers.

If he had, they wouldn't go for him.

That's what they're saying, right?
 
Are they hyping him up or is this guy was linked with Bayern and Barcelona? I legit never heard of him before but people were saying he was nearly Spurs manager and he apparently refused them.

It really would be interesting if that did happen, regarding how the media would approach it. When they thought he was going to Liverpool, he was the Messiah. The perfect football manager in every way. If he came to City, I'm pretty sure that view would change rather rapidly.
