He did the EXACTLY same thing before last year's FA Cup final and also before Champions League final. 2 days off then too.

Ake is the only defender awake so far….

He’s our most natural defender I believe.
His first instincts are defensive.
Gvardiol, for all the recent praise he is getting has not been a great defender.
He lets be ball bounce when he shouldn’t and is slow.
I don’t think he has the same instincts as Ake.
