I know progression isn`t linear, but at 19 I think he`s miles behind what Foden, Palmer, McAtee, Sancho, Brahim, Bobb and Rico were at that age. Shame, as he looked extremely promising at 16-17. Been quite unlucky with injuries

Been the issue with a few promising but not as talented ones in the past. Injuries, the one massive thing in a list of things to affect one’s trajectory.

Nah! not for me mate, I think he still needs a bit of looking after on the recovery from injury side of things, slowly slowly with this young man he is quite a talent.
Another season and if he hasn't broken into the first team squad he will be in a much better position to loan out.
