I’m not misremembering here am I? both Everton and Forest issued press releases and both on and off the record briefings when they launched their appeals.

City sue the PL and its radio silence. No one to explain what’s happening or why, or shape the discussion.

It will take 3 months for the public to realise this isn’t about the 115 charges case and even then half of them will mistakenly think it still is.

I know I'm probably asking for too much here, but is it too much to ask that arguably the biggest media sports broadcaster in the UK, actually did a bit of fact checking before discussing on live TV?
