For anyone who didnt see this on Talksport
Exactly.
In UK law surely accusations need proof.
Very little difference between rival fans calling us cheats without proof and the PL doing the same.
The redshirts had absolutely nothing to do with it, honest. There doesn’t seem to be anyone out there countering the view put forward by Stefan from a legal side of things in regards to how difficult it will be for the Premier League to convince a 3 man panel to side with their view of the situation. All they have is opinion which conflicts with the hard information.
If these charges get consigned to the bin there has to be questions why the Premier League pursued this case and the resources thrown into it for well over 4 years.

This is the key point. What will be the repurcussions for the PL leadership? The UEFA case was dismissed out of hand by CAS because there was "no evidence." Should this happen again after a four/five year investigation surely Masters and his senior team are finished. There doesn’t seem to be anyone out there countering the view put forward by Stefan from a legal side of things in regards to how difficult it will be for the Premier League to convince a 3 man panel to side with their view of the situation. Masters and his team are finished completely and they know it , the question would simply have to be asked as to why no other club faced such a forensic level of investigation with no hard evidence to back it up.This is the key point. This means four.Just put the four fingers up and smile, no comeback.
All the players that signed before last season started must have had relegation clauses in their contracts. I don't think he thought that one through did he.Had a rag at work telling me today we’ve abandoned a transfer because the players agent demanded a relegation clause in the contract. He couldn’t name the player but he was giddy as fuck! I cannot wait for this shit to be over and hopefully shut these dick heads up! Apparently it’s come from that magic hat twat

Very true it’s all speculation on what’s there, if it’s the same as what Uefa have it’s been played out within CAS and dismissed. If it’s a smoking gun that wasn’t there in 2020 why’s it taken so long for them to charge City and why are City fighting it if it’s some type of a slam dunk?
Agree if the pl have this smoking gun that UEFA didn't have than just charge City over that and forget the 115. Why go for 115 after 4 years of investigation and realise the charge sheet full of inaccuracies the day before the government white paper.
This is just madness and now the pl are trying to reduce investment in the pl clubs as well
It was all rushed out as a way of PL trying to prove they could self regulate and they made a complete mess of itThere doesn’t seem to be anyone out there countering the view put forward by Stefan from a legal side of things in regards to how difficult it will be for the Premier League to convince a 3 man panel to side with their view of the situation. You wouldn't have identified him as 50, though. Fuck me, if he's 50 he's in fucking bad shape, even for a dipper.Could identify this **** as a dipper from 100 yards.
