There was nothing in the original punishment from UEFA that specified that the fine related solely to the non co-operation element thoughI think that is all that the fine was for.

In a world where opposition fans think rui pinto needs witness protection from abu dhabi hitmen anything goes. I had a utd fan tell me last year that City are in control of CAS, UEFA, and the FA. I asked him to name one of the accusations - He said that one of them is money laundering via player sales.Ask them the process of how the money would get from us to CAS.
They won’t be able to answer.
Because it’s a fucking ridiculous suggestion.
According to the cult, Abu Dhabi have put together an an ex-SAS hit squad to take out Pinto. The ex SAS soldier who is in charge of the SAS hit squad is a Chelsea fan.
I will look. As it was the only charge we were guilty of, it has to be the case, but I will try to locate the specific quote. There was nothing in the original punishment from UEFA that specified that the fine related solely to the non co-operation element though
I still think something wasn't right about coutinho going for 130m. Never in a million years even in today's prices was he ever worth that much. One of the dodges transfers was side show bob. Chelsea sold him for 50million than 12 months later bought him back for 50million

Not a patch on 140m for Coutinho. One of the dodges transfers was side show bob. Chelsea sold him for 50million than 12 months later bought him back for 50million

It's in the CAS Award.

CAS threw out all the UEFA punishments and imposed what they thought was an appropriate fine for non-compliance.

The CAS fine, yes. There is nothing to say that the original 30m fine imposed by UEFA was solely for the non co-operation charge. Pedantic I know.![]()
RPC comments on CAS decision regarding Man City/UEFA
Man City have won away in Europe today, after the The Court of Arbitration for Sport (the “CAS”) overturned the ban on City participating in the Champions League, and found that City had not breached FFP rules by apparently disguising equity funding as sponsorship contributions.www.rpc.co.uk

More confirmation that the fine was ONLY because of non-cooperation. No other guilt was established and City did admit to non-cooperation.
He probably murdered the chicken who's martyred bones they hold candlelit vigils around as well.It all makes sense now, same fella in Belgium in 85.
I think the time barred stuffed was deemed irrelevant as it was said to be fair market value anyway. They didn’t waste time on it. That was my understanding from what I read in here.I just remember about a week ago someone posted something and highlighted the part that was pertinent, I should have saved it then.
Let’s hope he doesn’t model himself on Nicholas Jackson, otherwise Pinto will be safe as houses…..According to the cult, Abu Dhabi have put together an an ex-SAS hit squad to take out Pinto. The ex SAS soldier who is in charge of the SAS hit squad is a Chelsea fan.
There are more informed people than me on the CAS judgement. The CAS fine, yes. There is nothing to say that the original 30m fine imposed by UEFA was solely for the non co-operation charge. Pedantic I know.
Let's hope Darwin Nunez isn't part of it.According to the cult, Abu Dhabi have put together an an ex-SAS hit squad to take out Pinto. The ex SAS soldier who is in charge of the SAS hit squad is a Chelsea fan.
