Fodens the standout comfortably but he doesn't get to shine without Mainoo playing almost as well just behind him.

A large problem had been the inability to play balls through the lines quickly into the likes of foden. He's a rag twat but he's a very big talent that can be acknowledged whilst he's on international duty.

Again individual brililance from England but not much joy. It took a penalty to get back in. Netherlands are a set piece threat but again no real attacking quality. If the Dutch had better midfield it would be a bit more uncomfortable.
