Find it very bizarre that they are yet to show a close up of Bellingham after the final whistle

Been around virtually all of the players who are clearly upset, and yet Bellingham seems to have been omitted

It was always going to be difficult up against a very good Spain team.

Three fantastic goals, and some very good performances from the Spanish players. They simply didn’t allow the England boys the time to play .

Phil had his moments, and I’m baffled as to why the Waistcoat took him off. Again.

Johnny Bouldering was my England MotM.
The Phil substitution was a last throw of the dice.

Haven't been on this thread all game, very shocked at the negativity, England did well, Spain are just better.

Ah well. The best team won. Spain are clearly the best team in this tournament by some distance and there is no shame in England losing to them. Phil did well all round but got taken off yet again. Johnny was immense and England's best player. The tactics again were too near yet again. Congratulations to Spain, especially Rodri.

First decent team we play

And look what plays out

He is a hit and hope manager, nothing more

Want to know how much southgate is regarded - lets see what club teams come in for his services

Fucking none cos he's gash (maybe the rags though)

Two finals. Twice we’ve had Europe’s best team on the ropes. Twice we’ve decided to let them off and play for penalties and have deserved to lose.

Spain were the best team, deserved to win. But if we were led by a manager with any tactical nous, the players we have suggest other teams shouldn’t come close to us.

This team could manage itself to a final but when it comes to the fine margins needed to win, you need a manager who can tell you when to push and when to drop off.
