Yea, also has that Gundo in him, fastish, mobile for his height, feels like he can absorb our way of playing fast due to established partnerships with Rodri, such a no brainer.
 
Ruiz had a great tournament but history will tell you not to buy off the back of a good tournament. He looked nothing more than competent in his time at Napoli and hasn't become a mainstay in the PSG side either. He's a tidy player but if PSG are willing to offload him when they've just lost their star man and dont want to lose any other key players, there's a reason for it.

Don't know why arsenal would be in for him, he would be an 8 in the Rice role for them, they need a 6.

He will be better than Phillips and Nunes and would do the job we need him to

Pep still gave him minutes in the title run in. If he had shown a lack of appetite he wouldn't have been included. Phillips had royally pissed him off.

He wouldn't do the job we need. We need a 6 who can also do the 8 role to ensure they get enough minutes, with the 6 part the overwhelming priority because Rodri could very easily do the 8 role if they were to play together. He's an out and out 8.
