I think I understood your post Genie (early evening snifter?) but, yes, Twickets is like night and day when compared to that legalised touting site Viagogo. As it says on the Twickets website:

Sellers sell for free and buyers never pay more than the original face value of the ticket.

I've used it a couple of times previously and actually paid less than face value on each occasion!

Best to refresh ticketmaster or just stay in gig you want to attend and wait? Hearing it’s best to refresh from 8.45 but then also hearing it’s best to wait. Ffs.

If you’re already in the waiting room there’s no point in refreshing.

Also spots in the waiting room are allocated at random so you don’t get further in the queue by getting in there early.

Use twiclets quite a bit a great site, feel for them as they do reclamations of tputed ticlets for bands they partner and lets be fair it's will be hundreds if not thousands of tickets they will have to help the prompters find void and resell.
