Why do the rags still want to be centre of attention even when they're shite?
To be fair to them I don’t think they do, but thanks to talksport, Sky like MNF tonight we are all being shown just how shit they are with the huge analysis of their current state.

Enjoy it.

was it ek. he'd go in with studs up if that were the case. He caught him with his ankle on his shin. Even Maddison said it wasn't a red card
Do you feel better being completely wrong, but toastie warm in your magnanimity?
It was a good job he was off balance, as it was clear what intent Fernandes had. I doubt Maddison would have been quite so sporting if Fernandes had fully succeeded.

It is almost as if the United fans have forgotten what good football and good players look like. They have bought a group of inferior players from the Dutch league. Yesterday they resorted to lumping the ball into the box for 20 minutes and the crowd started getting excited. It is as if they have turned into Stoke City from the 1990s. Surely the fanbase can’t all be that stupid.
Oh yes they can ; this is ....we're talking about !

Glazers must be pissing themselves laughing. The footballing side of the club is run by scruffy Jim and his staff so they get all the flack

But the Glazers still own 79%of the company so get the majority of the income so the question is what the fuck is Jim getting out of this deal?
This is something Ive wondered Ratcliffe a billionaire from chemicals but relatively unknown, what would his legacy have been? So a few years ago he (INEOS) purchased the Sky Cycling team and suddenly we were aware of INEOS but not yet Scruffy Jim, his next step was to fund the design and manufacture of a rip-off of the Land Rover Defender, his PR machine started to get his name out as a saviour of a much loved British vehicle. Next was a last minute bid for Chelsea, a season ticket holder, unfortunately for him it was too little too late. Then the Glaziers announced that they were willing to take offers for the rags, or a significant portion, step forward Scruffy Jim (a life long fan ha ha ha ) now he's got the profile he seemed to crave costing one of his many billions. INEOS are credited but it's actually a private investment by him. So, ultimately it seems to be profile and seeking a legacy looks like for the moment its gone to shit

Although no damage was done to Maddison the snidey little **** had the intent there for all to see. He’s petulant and him being the rags captain sums up the shitstain of a club for what it is

it wasn't studs show though was it as he landed with his ankle with his foot past the player with zero force in the action

Very strange hill to die on mate, going in from the side with no intent to get the ball, like Kova the other week when he took Wissa out it was a dangerous tackle and Kova was a very lucky boy to stay on imo.

Compo face deployed.

United think they are a club apart and above others, an institution. A club who's success comes from just being united.
What they dont realise is that they had success under SAF and that's it. They cant just put any manager in there, they need what City have got or lfc had under Klopp.
They need someone who is as revolutionary as ferguson or Pep, someone who can ignore the media circus/utd board/share prices/fans and do something about their lazy arse players whilst somehow getting results.
I disagree in that they need a heavyweight, established manager who could just steady things and get them near the top 4 whilst the structure behind the scenes is setup. This could take a decade then they could put in a manager who slots into whatever model they decide they want. As it currently stands they clearly are in the same mess theyve been in since fergurson left and its a joy to witness.

Even Maddison said it wasn't a red card
Media making a big deal of Maddison putting his arm around the rat consoling him as evidence of no malice done. Watch his reaction immediately after the rat left the field, he's clapping and geeing up his teammates and celebrating behind the rodent's back.

The sympathy was for the camera's.
