How can Money/Debt just be made to disappear by clubs?

In life, people/businesses who owe that amount of money are going to crash at some point, United are running a risk of falling from grace and it is impossible to keep spending or loaning money on assets.

Every year that passes by without Premier League titles or Champions League trophies the more you are falling behind, Chasing a club like Manchester City and in what they have built and being debt-free they become more powerful. Forget changing the rules because you think it's only Little Old City with no fans or Pep leaves they will stop spending and the owners will pull out and it will be all over haha haha

The One thing Manchester City has Never been is a Little Club, Yes it's been badly run from the 1980s to 2008 but that does not make you a small club, Getting 30.000 for home games in the old 3rd division is not a small club

United knows very well that Manchester City is not a Small club, History Speaks for itself, Records show City hold for biggest attendance, We were once happy to help United by letting them use Maine Road (small club) and letting a so-called big club use Maine Road hahaha, it was big enough to let united play on its ground,

Fuck to the Rules, Manchester City are clear of all the competition in the Premier League and its rules,
Even without our wonderful owners' money, Manchester City stands alone and will grow and grow on its success.

Just read Delaney’s piece. Surprised to find that the PL’s resounding victory has caused such lamenting and rendering of garments but hey ho, such is life.

I swear if (not tempting fate) we succeed in the 115 case I’m going to hire a skip full of popcorn, crack open a case of red and spend a week or so watching the bodies of our enemies float by.

I am still rather confused. Part of the 115 charges brought against City appear to be that the club has tried to disguise owner investment as sponsorship . Now it appears that some owners of some clubs have made sizeable loans free of interest to their clubs. There seems to be no time limit on these loans and no deadline by which they must be repaid. The most notable beneficiaries of such loans were Chelsea which received £1.5 billion from their owner, never paid a penny in interest and were told in the end that their owner didn't want a penny back. I know no shares changed hands, but I'm perplexed as to whether this practice should be described as an APT at (much) less than FMV, disguised owner investment or as a classic example of that heinous practice, financial doping. Any suggestions, gooners, seeing as your club has real expertise in this area of football finance?

I'll bet you it's not as many as they're making out.

We know Liverpool and United essentially voted him in, so it's them 2, probably Arsenal because it suits them to be against us and then maybe a handful more. I reckon we're getting close to a big split in the league.

Regardless of how other clubs feel about City they can't honestly think Masters is doing a good job. I mean look at how Chelsea and Leicester got off of their potential charges, the rules drafted are a mess and they're clearly not fit to govern.

So as another poster said earlier, Nielsen will deliver whatever result their client pays for.

Could we sue them for the loss of income if they made a lower valuation without good reason. The club could lose millions in sponsorship directly due to a spurious valuation.
