City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

Me too mate. Got no choice really as I've spent most of the day in A& E as i wreaked my rotator cuff doing some landscaping yesterday the pain is off the scale. Thought I'd dislocated my arm which is the reason I went to the hospital - thankfully that wasn't the case. Codeine is the only effective option in these cases... If I'd had some real opium I would be taking that!

How far away from Piccadealer Gardens are you ? lots of choices, all at fair prices. Better than Boots :O

It’s good to see City controlling the narrative with a few timely leaks, just to put the shits up the Prem. It’s like I said in my post this morning, maybe a few clubs are finally wising up.
I think its a case of " run with the hare and hunt with the hounds"

By applied retrospectively, that presumably means that any existing interest-free loans should start to be given a value from the implementation of new rules. The alternative would be that that value could have accumulated since the loans were made - but surely better to say that would be unfair (just like rules designed to apply retrospectively to City).
