Well, I think it's not actually moving away, just focusing on an adventure, particularly.

I don't think the multiverse will close off until 'X-Men' and 'The Fantastic Four' show up and the latter is here in late 2025/ 2026.

So, we're nearly there now.

So many people said he would can this because of the poor reception of the first part, so I'm glad he's pushing on to finish it.

The first "reckoning" wasn't THAT bad, to be honest. But it certainly wasn't as good as "Fallout" or "Rogue Nation", in my opinion. Pity Rebecca Ferguson has left the franchise; she was excellent as Ilsa Faust.

I was going to add some of that but it's early so I attempted a pithy response. They need to keep him hopelessly out of his depth but then have a realistic say if defeating the bad guys. Tough line to walk

Agreed, tough line, but it looks from the trailer that they manage it.

It would be tempting to show he goes macho crazy at some point, but he looks like he's chancing stuff there.
