We have downgraded the team on the transfer market 2 straight summers now, was about to happen. We cant keep replacing elite players with poor players and except the same result, but this is exactly what we have done. The most annoying thing is that it's not even that our transfers have been failures, most of them have delivered what we could expect. They were just poor signings from the start, made on not much other than hope that Pep can turn any mediocre player into a star. We got away with it last year, but reality is now catching up. Unfortunately an awful ending to an previously great era with Txiki at the club.

We did well to grab another title last season but you could see the cracks. Sadly we never addressed them.

Shite transfer windows, only Haaland and Gvardiol (whos not playing in the position we signed him in) are first team players. Savinho and Doku nowhere near the level required and we've let better players go
