The issue is squad planning. Mcatee is taking up a spot in our squad and isn’t playing. We literally have a 22 man squad and that includes 3 GKs. We can’t afford to have a player that isn’t playing and using up a spot on someone that can play and would play well.

Didn't see the game but I'm not surprised. Side James Park hasn't always been full of mad bare chested geordies. Late 80s early 90s they got some pathetic attendances. 89/90 season they avereged 25500. I know this because I used to go to non City games there now and again in those days.

Against Girona I thought he was man of the match. Very good technically, old school dutch midfielder ran the midfield. Then their loss against Salzburg he was the stand out player for them he at least tried to make something happen.
